These are backgrounds in .BGB format designed to work with Microsoft Chat Ver 2.5. To download these backgrounds, double click on the picture and save it to the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Chat\Comicart" file folder. (Some PC's have named this path "C:\Program Files\Chat\Comicart").
